    President since 2018 and shareholder since 2011, I began my professional career within the Lachance Industrial Group in 2005. Graduated in management from HEC Montréal and in entrepreneurship from the Beauce School of Entrepreneurship, I strive to instill continued growth and to emphasize the importance of sound business management. Passionate about sport and physical activity, I harmonize my professional commitment with dynamic personal values. My strategic vision guides the Lachance Industrial Group into the future, embodying entrepreneurial ambition, individual well-being and the importance of being well surrounded.

    Vice President, Business Development

    A natural optimist who loves seeing a shared vision come to fruition. Graduated in materials engineering from McGill University in 2005, I have worked in the manufacturing field and metal transformation since the end of my studies. The experience acquired through the different spheres of the manufacturing field and my passion for business development lead me to take on a growth challenge as General Manager at Groupe Industriel Lachance in 2017. Shareholder since 2022, V-P Business Development since 2023, I still continue with a vision of ''Sky is the limit'' and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us.
